Mainstay Insurance Group, Inc. is an insurance program administrator and specialty wholesale broker dedicated to serving the insurance and risk management needs of select industries. Launched nationally in 2008, Mainstay builds and manages niche and association based products for commercial insurance buyers. These products are accessible only by retail insurance brokers.

Mainstay product design is dedicated to creating long-term underwriting profit for the insurance carrier and superior coverage, terms and service to the insurance buyer and retail broker.

 

Mainstay:

  • 1. (nautical) A strong cable that serves to steady and support the mainmast of a sailboat.
  • 2. (business) A central cohesive source of support and stability.   
 

Mainstay is committed to marketing products that differentiate our competitive position in the marketplace. Through strategic relationships with the finest insurance carriers and an extensive network of regional, national and global retail distribution, we market our value-added products by way of three separate divisions:

 

An excess/umbrella facility created to strengthen and differentiate retail broker package solutions. 

 

Proprietary insurance products for homogeneous groups of insurance buyers with common risk characteristics.

 

Individual risk placement of specialty coverage catering primarily to the real estate industry.
